(October 26, 2020, 1:04 pm)Good place to start if you're struggling with your depression, anxiety, anger, sadness, pretty much anything. They help you set goals, make opportunities happen. I don't love going to therapy, but I know need it. And that's the first step towards a better life, accepting you need it.
