“I've been a resident since June of 2020. The yearly apartment inspections are a bit annoying but the majority of the residents are friendly. In-building Compassion Care (limited resident home health aides), group room, 50' to the river, cats and dogs allowed with deposit and commensurate paperwork. Nice, quiet, safe well maintained building.”
