They were great with communication and with being flexible since I was purchasing from a distance away. The van was in good condition and we are happy to be able to fit all together in one vehicle again. The price was fair and the customer service was very good.

(November 16, 2022, 6:52 pm)This dealer is all about full disclosure. He answered all my questions and also took care of a few details I pointed out during the test drive. JPrime is not at all like typical dealers and is willing to work with you and make sure you are a happy customer. I will definitely return when I purchase another car in the future and have told my friends they should check this dealer out first before looking in the Minneapolis area. He knows his inventory well and will be able to put you in the right car.
