I received help from David and Matt at the Running Room on Saturday and I’ve never felt more respected and comfortable being helped by anyone at Running Room until then. The customer service is top notch and exceeds expectations. I’m happy to say that Running Room has been able to finally find workers who enjoy their job and are happy working with people.

Dominic is excellent at addressing needs and offers appropriate knowledge and feedback to steer you in the right direction. He has helped both myself, and my two sons and we all have different running styles. Recommend and will definitely go back!
(April 24, 2021, 6:55 pm)The manager, Dominic, helped me find a new pair of shoes today. It was towards the end of the day and he didn’t rush me one bit. He spent lots of time with me - explained each shoe and what makes it different. He was incredibly knowledgeable about running shoes and had great customer service. I highly recommend and will be back!
