  Sean was our service provider today and I must say, it was one of the best experiences as a customer that I’ve ever had. Sean was knowledgeable, on time, honest, personable, and respectful of entering our home (considering COVID-19). The bulk of the work is scheduled to be completed tomorrow and I will post another comment after the work is completed. From my experience with Sean today, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend One Hour Rooter to anyone!

  Sean and Eric did a great job fixing our main line back up caused by items flushed by the previous home owner. The camera came in handy as we hydro-flushed and fished out the trouble so we can rest assured it won't back up again! both Sean and Eric were extremely knowledgeable, professional and service oriented as we sorted out how to best solve the problem even before we knew what it was...I highly recommend them!!!

  Very quick, very professional work. Sean and his tech team were above and beyond in their endeavor. He explained each step before it was begun, and made sure we understood what was being done. Sean is one of the most personable service reps we have ever met. Next time we need any work done, One Hour Rooter is at the top of our list.

  Sean and his team (Jordan and Dylan) were amazing. Personable, friendly, professional -- and wore masks the entire time they were in our home. We recently moved into a new home and quickly discovered a leaky kitchen pipe. Our old pipes had corroded. They diagnosed and corrected the problem efficiently, replacing them with new pipes and changing the piping configuration to give us more space. I'm so pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them again.
