“I made a mistake with my order on a late sunday night and used their chat function and I got a reply at almost 10 PM (I placed order only 15 minutes earlier). Next day order was ready with a handwritten note on it for local pickup. They adjusted my order and made sure everything was taken care of fulfillment wise and payment wise. Install was surprisingly easy, once I figured out the flexible bands on the lower levels of my spice racks. Ordered a big one for sauce jars and soup cans and a smaller one for spices. I'm tempted to buy more for my 22" deep cabinets. Thank you Vertical spice!”
