“I needed some help installing a 3-way light switch for my house and had no idea what I was doing. I called and asked for someone to come to my house ASAP and was told he was booked out for quite some time. I was then offered to send pictures of my issue and he would go ahead and walk me through the process over the phone so I could complete it on my own. The service was amazing and completely unnecessary to do for me. He was so willing to help and would take anything for his time.
