Exceptional customer service experience. We brought our dream duffle in for repair. It is a recital/collapsible duffle that was suffering a huge lean as a garment rack.

The dream duffle staff was friendly upon arrival. They started to assemble the recital and quickly identified the issue. Informed us we had purchased one of the first run recital’s. Shared that they would be sending us home with a new recital! Based on comments received on issues with first collapsible model they had made many design improvements. ?

Proceed to show my daughter the differences and even a work around suggestion with the keys for locking the rack.

Absolutely the best customer service! I bought my son's bag in store and they were amazing! They helped me find the correct size for my son's needs, explained how it all operated, helped me pick the font for his name patch... It was a wonderful experience. But it didn't end there! A terrible thing happened to my son's bag before we used it for the first time and when I reached out for help on how I could fix the mess that was 100% our fault they were so nice, and friendly and caring and told us to go to the store and they replaced his bag. Again, this was not a quality issue or defect, it was an accident which was 100% our fault and they replaced our bag (our cat hid inside a room we keep locked and thought the bag was a litter box). They were so kind when I reached out and when I went to the store! I already recommended Dream Duffel based on my first experience at store. Their customer service blew me out of the water once more!

My MIL found a Dream Duffel for us that was used but in great shape and needed a few parts. I brought it in because I wasn't sure what I needed. They were FANTASTIC! Setting me up with everything I needed and giving me helpful tips on how to take care of my daughters new bag! Highly recommended!
