“I had a great experience with Go Gopher Rentals. Their properties are well-maintained, and most of them are incredibly nice (new or newly remodeled!) for the age of the neighborhoods they’re in. In addition, we had a unique situation that caused us to ask for flexibility. The management went out of their way to help us come up with a mutually beneficial solution. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! For those who read negative reviews, please understand that all management companies can find themselves in tough situations with renters. The have to not only follow all Mpls codes, but they also have to protect their business interests, as well as the safety of their properties and neighborhoods. “The waffles are really good. Since the place is always busy and there are never seats open, you kind of have to hover over other tables and pressure them to give up their seats which can lead to uncomfortable situations for both sides. 4 waffles took about 30-40 minutes to come out, seems sort of unreasonable because they were pretty simple orders. Approx $8 per waffle seems a little excessive, but they were really good and can understand the need to have high prices since they're a small business.”
