I liked that they knew more about my rugs than I did, and made sure to communicate with me before cleaning to ensure the best result. Even the delivery people were professional & thoughtful, refusing to leave the rugs on the step as instructed, due to a sudden rain. ( I was there to let them inside) Great service!

I had two wool carpets that needed to be thoroughly cleaned. (One had insect damage and had to be treated as well as cleaned). Everyone was thorough and knowledgeable and let me know options for the insect damage. No pressure just really friendly professionals. They look great now andAnd the pick-up and the delivery was amazingly inexpensive. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing rugs cleaned and fixed.

Excellent service from Rick and everyone! I brought in a patchwork rug of unknown fabric and received star treatment. The white was very difficult to clean, so Rick cleaned it a number of times, with different techniques, checking in with me on his progress. I certainly was not expecting such individualized, above and beyond, service. The end result looks great. Everyone there is so helpful--they even brought rug out to car and put in trunk. I absolutely love this business! I had a beautiful but very old rug that had never been professionally cleaned. When I got the rug back, it looked new! The colors popped and they also did a binding repair on one side plus I purchased a very good pad to go under the rug, per their recommendation. I highly recommend this business for all your rug cleaning and repairing needs.
