The white was very difficult to clean, so Rick cleaned it a number of times, with different techniques, checking in with me on his progress. “I went to this store last week as I was passing through town. I had a question about the quality of a record and the owner, I believe his name was Adam, put it on the record player to give it a spin so I could hear it. When I was checking out, Adam saw some of the prices on a few of the items I had in hand and was like, “what!? Who priced this stuff!?” And willingly gave me a better deal on the items without me even asking. I knew the stuff was a bit high priced and never asked for the discount, he just did it. This is a true reflection of character. this kind of customer service is what makes me want to keep coming back to a record store. I may live 800mi away and only come through that area once a year, but he can expect to see me every time I’m in the area.”
