I did it online because I’m in a rush to move homes and was able to get in and finalize the lease and throw some of my stuff into storage same day! Ray, the property manager, was super helpful and hospitable and went over a lot of key points I wouldn’t even think to ask about. The place looks well secured and maintained. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs to store things in Minneapolis!
(July 28, 2020, 10:15 pm)Super impressed with this storage facility; booking online was straightforward and Ray, who runs the operation, is extremely flexible, communicative and helpful. He even proactively sent me a note when he noticed that my unit door was not properly closed. The building is easy to access and our climate controlled unit was totally clean and neat. This facility was a great fit for us between homes and we loved being able to access our items as needed.
(July 18, 2020, 2:26 pm)Ray, the general manager, was very personable and made us feel like we made a great decision switching to iStorage. The process of actually renting the unit and filling out the paperwork was quick and easy. The facility felt secure and was very clean.
Overall I’m impressed!
