I have used DecksDirect four times now on my deck project. I am doing it in phases by myself over a few months. They are outstanding at this! I always get a follow up call or email making sure I have all the materials I need for my job at hand. In particular I recently spoke with Brittney in customer service who helped me order the last decking and parts I needed to complete my deck. I am so very happy with their support and the delivery options make it easy for me as a one person job. I will absolutely use DecksDirect again when I start the work this summer on my other deck.

I was trying to figure out how best to light the stairs on my new deck. The more I researched the more confused I got. So, I contacted the Trex people directly by phone. To my surprise, a real person answered and walked me through the entire shopping effort explaining carefully what I needed and helping to customize the equipment my deck required. A very pleasant experience and left me feeling confident of my purchases. I have not installed them yet, but it seems easy enough for the lay person. Thank you, Lauren!!!

DecksDirect provides one-stop shopping for most decking materials, including hard to find items. Most of the stocked items are available for quick shipment. One set of fascia fasteners I received was the wrong color and they quickly sent the correct fasteners at no cost. Nancy, the Sales Manager, provided excellent customer service and support. I recommend DecksDirect if you are looking for decking materials that may not be readily available at your location.
