I was sure there would be an extra cost, it was later in the evening, but was pleasantly surprised that it was billed at regular rates. The company was up front about pricing, and I only paid what was quoted. The plumber was able to come out and offer me a variety of pumps. It was installed in a timely manor and has worked perfectly.
