“I lived in two buildings, first Olympus, then Dartmouth and i absolutely loved both experiences, my neighbors were friendly, the locations were great, Emily from Olympus made anything that could feel stressful so easy and positive and whenever things went wrong which were small and infrequent they made sure things were fixed quickly! Olympus bought Dartmouth less than a year before i moved in and i watched them transform the building in such a cool way, keeping with the historic style/structure just testing and and updating and adding a gorgeous patio!! The only reason i left Olympus is because i relocated to another state but if i ever move back i will be sure to call Olympus first! Highly recommend renting from them!! One more important detail, they give a five day grace period for rent and you can pay instantly via venmo!”
