“My son, recently did the grappling summer camp week and had a great time. Lunch is part of the cost of camp. They'll sent the weeks menu, so you can plan ahead. Which is great if your in a rush you won't forget it. From the feedback I received it was very fun. Camp starts at 8:30, the team arrives between 8:20-8:30am so no early dropoffs. The day ends at 5:00, but they'll give you until 6:00pm to pickup which is huge with road construction traffic this year #2018mnDot. Great job, very impressed”

“I've been attending the academy since August 2017, and have enjoyed all aspects of it since. A rundown of a lot of the benefits Your bang for your buck! - Its an incredible price for the list of people and resources available to you for training, space, and musical instruments. There's a wide range of belts so you don't just get the benefit-many times if you're new-of working 1-on-1 with the higher belts, but many others are very open to assisting with working with their peers 1-on-1 to help them improve. Full Body training and health - I've done various types of physical condition and strength training, and Capoeria has beaten many of those by far. as I've gotten older I've focused less on the strength/strong man training and focused more on mental sharpness, physical awareness, and overall body health. Capoeira targeted those fields perfectly. It's even helped a lot in my flexibility which I lost a lot of after my first child was born. The team - I haven't found a single person at the Academy that I don't jive with; in training or personally. Everyone is there to treat each other the same and there's very little competitive feel; although there are members whom are open to if you're up for it. There's also a great dynamic of male to female ratio which is a nice change of pace coming from a dude who's spent a lot of time at the weights in the gym. Leg Day - I hope you can work from home, because you'll be unable to walk the next day; j/k but not really. My ass has never looked in a pair of jeans, and you better believe that all the other dudes are jealous. It's a great level for getting you ready for that standing desk at work, and will make you feel like you can kick a horse in the mouth.”
