He did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from checking me in, to helping me get help for a loaner, etc. He even gave me a call regarding general vehicle conditions while I was away. I came back to pick up the car in 3-4 hours. Everything was done and the car was detailed. Overall, a very nice experience!”
