Lived here for two years, management was always great, very fair. Maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly.

My family loves it here, even our pets! We have only been here since September, but definitely want to stay as long as we can. The staff has been very kind & friendly. Maintenance is prompt and fixes things well. The grounds are beautiful. We are comfortable & feel safe. I love how many stars you can see at night.

Wow!!! I can't say enough good things about this apartment/townhouse complex. The application process was smooth & quick (in large part, made so by Leasing Agent Sharon). The townhome prep/turnover was great (cleaned, repaired, painted). We had a minor repair need at move-in, and Leasing Agent Theodore worked with maintenance to take care of it. Alex, from maintenance, was quick and fixed the problem in only a few minutes. He even explained what he did so that I could monitor for potential future issues. For a separate issue, we used the online maintenance request portal, and that problem was resolved within 12 hours. And the community seems very nice too (they had a food truck at the community building one evening; lots of walkers (dogs, strollers, people). We've been residents for only 2 weeks, but already feel at home.
