“I hit the jackpot. I came to Dumlao's -- in search of a place to learn to defend myself -- after checking out many major Brazillian Jiu Jitsu schools around the bay area. I had a previous injury from another popular BJJ gym and Dumlao's gentle and friendly style of Jiu Jitsu was perfect for me to rehabilitate the injury while still progressing/learning in BJJ. When I was finally able to get serious about Jiu Jitsu this school did NOT disappoint! When you sign up for the BJJ program at Dumlao's -- you have automatic access to 4 different affiliate BJJ schools in the area (Sabre, East Bay Academy, New Creation, Train for Life); each school offering different specialties and atmospheres -- enough to train a range of people (hobbyist to amateur MMA fighters to pro fighters). I owe so much to Dumlao's, they'll always be my home gym/family. I came in unconfident about myself; I left a better person, knowing I can handle not only physical threats but also life's hurdles.”

I couldn't find anything like it in clothing stores, so I purchased similar fabric and brought it to the Linden Tree. They did a fabulous job of recreating my skirt, and did it for a very reasonable price! Yay!”

The rose melange tea was my favorite and definitely one of the best teas I've had. The bakery selection also had a lot of variety and the service was nice too. However the seating is not distanced very well. While the place is very spacious, booths were back to back with each other with no spacing. I would definitely recommend this place! Would recommend: the strawberry cream cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, signature quiche, rose melange white tea, avocado toast”

“My first dealings with AAA was bad (guy did not do what I requested, what was needed) making it so I had to call AAA the next morning, who guess what, did what I had requested the day before. He was super friendly, had knowledge, and was on time. I am a cranky Karen (not my real name) and will always complain. But this gentleman was so pleasant, I had to call AAA, back to rave about my experience that morning. He was wonderful, as was the young lady who answered the phone to help me through the call to set up the appointment. This next young lady let me ramble on about my great experience (had to praise her as well)! I was so impressed that in my next pay day, I signed up my brother up (he drives my car, but membership follows the driver, not the car) the next weekend, he hit a pothole hard just before he got to work, and my tire deflated, so he called. They got there before he was even able to start work. He came home telling me that he understood why I raved about my experience. It stinks to need a service like this, but when you get such wonderful service like what we both had we both feel much safer on the roads. Well run operation, great service from 6 out of 7 of the people we dealt with. Worth the money and 2 memberships we got!”
