I will first share my praises that I have for the finance person Ryan. My situation was unique. He helped me sort it out and even though I didn’t leave with a car at the end of the day. He took care of me and was kind while doing it.

However, again my situation was unique. I won’t go into details but when I arrived today I spoke to Ryan and only Ryan because Andy did not want to speak to me. I understand that losing a sale is not ideal for any business. But I was very apologetic and was willing to make my situation right. I believe you should treat people the way you want them to treat you. I don’t believe I was met with grace or understanding from him. Just a cold shoulder. I am a young woman who doesn’t know much about purchasing a car and I was in over my head. I acknowledge that and apologized for wasting their time.

Why I leave a 5 star? My experience wasn’t bad it was just uncomfortable by the end. I don’t think this is a bad place, I think their prices are fairly reasonable based on the research I did. I was met with kindness at the start and end from Ryan.
I will end with this. Things may not always go our way, but it’s how you handle it that shows your character. God will continue to bless those that are kind to others

I bought my used SUV here after shopping around for the right X3 and Andy had exactly what I was looking for. A great selection of imports for this small lot if you are looking for an older BMW, Audi, etc. I am very happy with my purchase and the whole buying process. Andy and Cheryl made it easy, and we were on our way home with our new used car in about an hour.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Daystarr Autos and the owner Andy. He was very down to earth and thorough which is rare for a used car salesman as we all know 😂 he asked what I was looking for and was very inquisitive on my needs for a vehicle. I am absolutely in love with my vehicle of choice and have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience. Highly recommend for first time buyers or just in general.

We bought a car for our daughter in April and we are all very happy with our purchase! Andy was really easy to work with and followed through with all of the repairs he said he would take care of before we bought it. The car had some hail damage and he gave us a really fair price! The staff was also super friendly and helpful, no pressure, just information and assistance. Our daughter drove the car back to the east coast with no issues and she loves it! I also got a nice purple pen in the deal!😁. We will definitely check in with Andy first when we are in the market for another car!
