Freewheel Bike Minnetonka

After having some troubles with my bike getting serviced at other local shops, Freewheel is a breath of fresh air! Great service, friendly, I walked away feeling smarter and more confident about my growing interest in the bicycling hobby, and so far the the price has been more than fair. Looking forward to more!

As a new road rider this shop has been amazing!! They have listened to all my questions and never made me feel as if I was wasting their time, like I was feeling at an other shop. 10/10 please go to this shop!

Great customer service that helped me figure out the best shoes to buy based on measuring my feet and arches in a way no one had ever done before. Learned something new and found some great shoes - much thanks!

I was unable to get the name of the guy who helped me but he was the tallest guy working there. Super friendly and helpful greeted me as me and my family walked in made a good connection and helped me all the way to my purchase of the bike and burly trailer.

These guys were great. Bought a new ebike from them. The guys at the shop knew the product and were able to help me with the section process. I had it shipped to Chicago. We had a problem with it being damaged in shipping. Support was super responsive in mitigating the issue and had a new bike shipped out to me almost immediately. They were able to source a new one internationally and get it to me without incident. Next time I buy a bike they're definitely at the top of my list.
