“I began training at MYO a few months ago after seeing the results my wife was experiencing from her MYO training. My workout history has been a series of dismal failures: not knowing how to train followed by injury followed by quitting. The trainers are such great coaches on form and technique. I am pushing by body further and seeing results without injury. I am over 50, so body building is not my goal. This is strength training for real life, and I am noticing an improvement in all kinds of daily activities. I also like that I can train in my work clothes and head straight into the office, which makes it easy to keep MYO as a priority in my schedule.”

“Our experience with Assisting Hands has been great! After the home care company that helped care for my 89 yo mother went out of business, I shopped around quite a bit for help. Kaleb and Assisting Hands stood out from the rest of the companies I interviewed. Their caregivers and Kaleb have a truly caring attitude. In my experience, their caregivers are well trained, punctual very nice. Not every person has clicked with my mom, and they are sensitive to the fact that there needs to be a good fit with the client and were flexible in finding a good personality match.Their cost seems fair, less than some, but yet they pay their caregivers better than other companies I found, which instills loyalty and a stable work group. Kaleb has helped me out a couple of times in a jam, finding last minute caregivers. We are now using them for another family member also. We have been very happy with the experience.”

“Dr. Joyce saved my physical, mental, emotional, and cognitive well being. Sometimes I tell people she saved my life. I hesitate to write this review right now because I anticipate my well being will only get better, and I don’t want to rid her of the further credit she deserves! I kept going to Dr. Joyce because first she is a human, and then a doctor. No gimmicks or fancy marketing. Just education and expertise you can trust. She is so gracious with her time and knowledge. You can tell she truly loves helping others. I have learned more about myself and the systems of the human body in 9 months of seeing her than I have in almost 20 adult years of seeing traditional providers. I have also learned how corrupt traditional healthcare is, even just in preventative health, and also the general lack of education. Working in healthcare myself, I am very picky and have high standards, but I continue to be impressed and so thankful for Dr. Joyce.
