Its very large and has oodles of machines. The staff are knowledgeable. However they seem reluctant to show used machines or accept trade-ins.

Unbelievable, my machine broke two days before a 4 day sewing retreat. Diane trouble shooted over the phone, then At the store and it still needed maintenance. She drove it to the repair center on her way to work the next day and I got it back in time for my retreat….Now that is customer service!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT I thought my machine needed service but the lovely woman (Joan?) made a few adjustments and recommendations and my machine has humming again.
