After leaving a review expressing dissatisfaction with the detailing of a used vehicle I purchased I was promptly contacted by Justin, the manager of Morries Mazda. He was quick to assure me that they would correct the cleaning and missed paint spots that were originally supposed to be done before pickup. I was given a loaner free of charge for 3 days while they worked on my car and I am very happy with the results. You can see the before and after in the photos and the great work that was done, keep in mind I only asked for touch up paint to prevent rust. They went above and beyond and cleaned the interior and replaced a damaged trim piece free of charge. Justin was very courteous and respectful and stuck to his word on what could be done. If not for his sincere apology and understanding of my frustration with some other aspects of the experience I would not have been willing to return to this dealership, but now that I know they will stand behind their word and right wrongs they have earned a 5 star review. If you can, ask for Clay from sales as he is prompt and very helpful!

Amazing experience at Morrie’s! Went to check out Mazda’s on a whim, and after reading reviews, talking to the sales staff like Alex S, and working with the finance team like Matt, I’m really happy with my 2023 CX-5. And they found me one in blue!
