Rick scheduled my appointment for extra exterior products, came in on my appt day and I was immediately greeted by different Lexus Crews who checked me in and Rick followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. We recently purchased a 2023 Lexus UX Hybrid in Nora Green (stunning car)! Our experience wasn't without a few wrinkles, but the team at Lexus of Wayzata was helpful all along the way. Yes, we had to wait over 6 months to get the car, and it was packed with expensive features we didn't need and wouldn't have chosen, but that's not on them, that's just how the world is right now for high demand vehicles. Jonathan kept us informed as to the shipping of the vehicle from its departure from the factory in Japan all the way to its delivery to the rail yard in St. Paul! We had a bit of a disappointment with a significant change in the value offered for our trade in from the time we ordered the car to the actual purchase, but Joe, the sales manager, stepped in and did everything he could to make it right. Nathan was there on the day of sales, and his eager, cheerful, and helpful attitude made the often long and arduous car purchase process seem, well, just lighter and more enjoyable. Becky our finance person was a hoot! We were laughing, joking, and yet still getting everything done. She offered all the warranty stuff, but didn't try the hard sell, and she even threw in a free insurance coverage if we lose a key fob. Eric was our technology specialist. Here, again, we had a few wrinkles after purchasing the car (with CarPlay connection issues), but Eric was responsive, receptive (even when I was a bit cranky about it), and authentically noted that he was still becoming familiar with the new system, but had an associate there who could help us get it all straightened out. I was able to figure out the issue, and it was user error (mine), so it all panned out. If we can afford it, our next vehicle purchase will definitely be from Lexus of Wayzata. Service has improved significantly from the last time I brought in my car.

However the loaner provided was very filthy, there was dog hair all over the front. I don’t understand how people loan cars from the dealer and can’t even keep it decently clean, or the dealer not noticing the amount of dirt in a car before giving it out.
