Chevrolet of Wayzata

I've had great experience with the service team here at Chevrolet of Wayzata. First with an SUV purchased elsewhere that needed major repair work under warranty. Mark battled it out regularly with my warranty company to ensure everything was covered and took care of the rental car aspect as well. Now I'm bringing my truck here and have equally great service. Wonderful staff, nice bright clean waiting area. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought a 2022 Traverse from Wayzata Chev on 3/8/22. John Varner was my sales person and I worked with Ben in finance. The experience from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. John took good care of me, never put any pressure to buy on me and cared about my needs and want for a new SUV. Did a awesome job helping me through the entire process. Ben was awesome in finance, explained everything well, took his time with me, and made me feel right at home. I live in Apple Valley and I WILL 100% go to Wayzata Chev again and I recommend both John and Ben to be the ones to help you out.

I've been to the service department twice now to deal with an issue on my new truck. Mark P has been great and has taken great care of me, explained the issue in detail, explained the fix, provided documentation, provided a loaner vehicle. I've also been in to see Nate, and he has also take care of me. I would recommend the service dept to anyone.
