Outstanding service from the start. As soon as I entered I was helped right away. I was able to trade in my phone i store to receive the credit from the recent IPhone promotion. They also installed the camera lens protector properly for me! Very satisfied with my visit!

Mattie was very thorough in making sure my new iPhone was able to text and call. She had me check that all of my phone’s “stuff” was transferring over. She also installed my screen protector and case. She was helpful in choosing a new case. She informed me of a special which allowed me to get my husband’s phone a new screen protector (with the 3 items, one was free!). She installed his as well! Thank you, Mattie!

Mattie was the best! I am a bank manager and i would definitely hire her to work on my team! She was informative, genuine and friendly! She literally took control of the floor and greeted and signed in every customer while I was at the store which was probably 10-15 people. Her engagement was something you don’t find very often anymore. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She should be a manager! Give her a raise!
