(September 22, 2020, 10:16 pm)Lovely park along the lake, complete with a playground for the kids, tables & chairs for relaxing, eating, even grilling. Also a public bathroom, beach area, grassy area, and the paved path for walking/biking/skating. Lots of ducks and geese, watching people on the water, and amazing spot for sunsets on/over the water.

The playground is pretty awesome for kids.

(July 7, 2020, 9:42 am)The park is fun. The beach area is nice but the swimming spot is very weedy. My kids weren't really loving that part of it. I liked the fact that there was a ton of seating around. It made it easy for me to work while my kids played and still be able to keep an eye on them. Parking was very close which was perfect for hauling kids and swimming gear. We would return for the park but probably not choose it for a beach to swim at.
