“We toured The Pinnacle on Friday 7/1/22. Our tour was specific to the memory care space as we had toured the overall space back in the Fall 2021. Our tour guide was Colleen (Community Relations Director) and what a delight she was. She asked the necessary questions to understand the needs for our loved one. The Executive Director Susan joined in during the tour and took the time to introduce us to all staff members and then took time to talk with some of the residents. The space is welcoming and has a comforting feel about it.”
