“Like one other review said.. I really don't understand all the negative reviews. Diane has always been super nice, and very professional. All the staff I've met here have been. The complex is kept clean. I've lived here just shy of a year, and I love my apartment. I've also seen a couple of people mention fire alarms going off. My baby sitter and her husband used to live here, they told me the alarms are sensitive (also, they ring in the section of the detection from what I've ascertained). And honestly, I'm happy they are. Worse case scenario, wouldn't you be happier to have an alarm go off, and nothing serious happen, or be warned too late due to bad alarms? I feel my family is safe here, and I'm appreciative of it. Update on my review 8/10/2022: I still live here, and have still had zero issues these three years later. I still find management to be good and professional (as well as accommodating). I haven't experienced any issues. I still stand by my review.”

“These guys are incredible! I can be a pretty hard (but fair in my opinion) critic. This place really has it all. From really great, and knowledgeable staff, to super sales associates, and installers. I had a lot of challenges in my home. I had crazy things that needed to be done that were far from ordinary. I had rooms that were covered with carpet for years, walls removed that needed to be patched, floor ducts that were far from normal, and complete areas that had to be filled in, but these guys made it perfect, seamless, and gorgeous! My father was a floor man for 45 years, he was so attentive to details and craftsmanship, but if he were here, he would had given them 5 stars too. I am happy, and confident to recommend these guys, and girls to you, in fact, I believe that I am doing you a favor. Please consider them for your upcoming floor project!”

“Just amazing experience all around! We recently bought a home with a pool. I was having issues with the heater and called Dolphin pool & spa. Jeremy spent 45 minutes trying to walk me through fixing the issue...at no charge!! He later came out for a service call (same day) and showed me everything I need to know to care for our pool AND fixed the issue. Carrie (office manager) is so responsive and friendly. I'm so happy we have a neighborhood pool place that we trust. Customer service like this is so hard to find. Trust them and make sure you let them take care of your pool needs.”
