“My husband and I moved to the area about three years ago and this location is wonderful. I especially wanted to write a shout-out review after my call today, I’ve run out of contacts and have had so much on my plate preparing for a new baby I hadn’t had a chance to call yet, and I’m now less than two weeks out from my due date. The gentlemen on the phone was so helpful, and when I called today to place my order for a years supply I asked about how long it may take for my order to arrive, the timing was pretty quick but he asked if I was in desperate need and I mentioned I’m having a baby very soon and I have to wear my mask in the hospital, and glasses and masks aren’t the best combo, so he kindly ran to the back and pulled some trials lenses for me to pick up same day to get me through my hospital stay in case this little girl comes early so I wouldn’t have to worry about any of it. That’s the kind of unexpected customer care that I’m always so grateful for, thanks for going the extra mile for me! He also found a rebate on the lenses to save me some money. I’m so grateful! Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful whenever I come in, at my last eye exam the doctor and I had a great conversation about future eye care for the baby and swapped funny pregnancy/parenting advice stories. He even recommended some baby products that his wife has loved as this is our first kiddo. Always a good experience, thank you very much, I so appreciate it! Highly recommend.”
