Best place ever and now living on with zoom classes during the Covid pandemic, thanks to Nicole's smart business savvy.

I have been to several other yoga classes and Spirit of the Lakes is by far my favorite. The classes are led by the most caring instructors. I feel relaxed and at home here. I make certain to attend at least once a week.

Staff and facility are great, I highly recommend it.
I had a 60min massage and was so relaxing, the therapist listened to all my needs and problem areas and worked on all of them. One of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you! Will be coming back!

The presence of a skillful body worker provides a space for a lot to happen in a session. That's the kind of session I just experinced. Skillful hands and intuitive flow. I highly recommend a session with Rose for body care.

Love this place! Nicole has created a beautiful space and filled it with yoga teachers that are experienced, wonderful people. There is also a variety of class types/workshops/services offered...something for everyone. The students are some of the nicest people you will meet. You will sense the positive energy! If you are looking for yoga that meets you where you are at and challenges you to grow in ways you didn’t expect, THIS is the studio to check out!
