I love this studio! The workout out is amazing and I love how inspiring it is to be surrounded by such strong women. I have always felt welcome and continue to recommend it to my friends. Every time I finish a class, I am excited to schedule my next one!

A FITNESS GEM!! I took my first barre class in Wayzata a couple months ago, and I can’t say enough positive things about The Barre! The passion, dedication, energy, warmth and encouragement you get from every instructor, at every class, is about as good as it gets. (And the view is pretty awesome too.) If that isn’t enough, as a mom, this is the place you want to be! They have the nicest “monkey barre” staff to look after your little ones, while you are getting your workout, in a nice (and clean!!) space made especially for kids. If you want a place where you can show up for a class for whatever your reason may be - fitness goals, friendship and community, “me” time or whatever, and want to be welcomed with a smile, positivity and some good music to get your heart and muscles pumping, this is your place! They have a unique way of making every class feel new and challenging (and fun!), with the perfect mix of ways to get your body shaking and toned. Highly recommend!!

For many years, I have modeled and competed in bikini competitions. As time went by, I began to lose that long lean muscle and began to build bulky muscle. I became interested in Barre because I wanted to achieve a "Victoria Secret Model" body with long and lean muscle tone! I showed up for my first Barre class thinking it would be an easy ballet class--boy, was I wrong! The Barre literally worked my body from head to toe leaving no muscle group left out. Within a few weeks, I started seeing results in the mirror, and within a few months, others around me began noticed changes. Barre really is a great mind and body workout. I have never felt so energized and been so happy with my body and am NEVER disappointed in a class. ALL the teachers are amazing and I love how the teachers know me by name--the entire atmosphere is friendly and personable. The classes are always unique and shock muscles that I didn't even know existed. Whether you are a fitness guru or new to working out, The Barre Studio allows you to work at your own pace and challenges you to be your very best.
