(August 22, 2016, 3:52 pm)Great trainers. They know how to challenge you while still keeping the atmosphere fun and encouraging. They really helped me find areas I didn't even know I had neglected with pervious trainers.
(February 2, 2016, 2:24 pm)Outstanding studio! Every instructor has a wealth of knowledge and education. All of them explain the movements in detail for those who prefer not to watch an instructor, but to keep eyes closed and concentrate on body alignment. I have lower back issues and my doc said Pilates was the best exercise for me. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and willing to adjust a movement to accommodate any physical limitations!
