Tara Engebretson went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We were trying to manage an out of state move with three small children and full time jobs, so time was scarce! In addition to typical agent responsibilities, she advised us on minor pre-sale renovations, found contractors, staged our home, and helped manage and complete some projects. Without her help I doubt we would have even made it to market! One thing I appreciated in particular was her frequent communication with us throughout the process.
