Josie (the manager) checked me in and was very fun, personable, and welcoming. The pleasant experience continued with Dr. Z & Cassie (the hygienist). Despite my anxiousness, they were very accommodating. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave professional advice. Dr. Z was not pressuring at all. As far as the system itself, it works fine. Still don't understand when you turn off the ignition, you have to wait two minutes and test again. Hope the DMV will get rid of that one.
