He met with us and did a great job explaining the process and answering our questions. He stayed in communication with us and let us know how things were progressing. He and other staff worked with our insurance company to make sure that things were covered appropriately. Once things were in place, they were able to schedule and complete the project within a couple of weeks. The finished product looks excellent, and they did a great job cleaning everything up afterwards.
