Alex performed scheduled preventative maintenance on my geothermal system to ensure that it was ready for the winter heating season. He identified a failing component, explained the issue, and replaced the component. As always, the work was friendly and professional. I happily renewed my annual maintenance contract.

Zach from TM Johnsons notified us of his arrival time, he was a great at communication and answering all of questions. He followed up by offering to send us an email with an estimate the same day. Zach really helped us to understand all our options. It was a pleasure to speak with him.

I bought the maintenance plan and it has been so great! The tune ups are always quick and efficient and they help ensure a long life for my appliances. Every technician has been so helpful and friendly and explain things well to me. Today, Danyon went out of his way to not only make sure my HVAC unit was working well, but was all cleaned off for the fall and winter months ahead. He also brought a new filter out and was able to install that for me. I have had nothing but great experiences with TM Johnson Bros!! Thank you!
