She new specials, Rice's, about items, noticed she smiled alot, friendly, great customer service and suggested several add on items that I did end up buying. She corrected a ear piercing I had got October 3rd 2019 that was done at a angle & I couldn't wear the earring anymore it was completely Redding against my head, there even was a mark indentation, I showed the girl Heidi ad this was like first part of November & she corrected it and have not even felt it was there its in upper carlige of ear. Fantastic worker. Thanks for helping out picking my granddaughter's birthday stuff as well. A+ for you Heidi.”

“The hours here are absolutely questionable and inconsistent as hell. However, they provide better THC products (more potent) than the neighbors down highway 65 at the CBD joint. The gentleman working the “smoke shop” during the night shifts has been a pleasure. The “woman” working the day shift leaves a whole lot on the table. Regardless, don’t shy away for the sake of good service, and immigrants acting more American than any “American” I know.”

“A while back I came into the Cambridge store with a brake line failure. Well, the end of winter is especially tough for me. I'm a small business owner and receive a limited amount of business during the winter months. Finances become extremely tight. I was attempting to make do with what I had on hand for a replacement line and was having issues flaring the end. I've worked with Ernie in the past I know he knows his stuff and asked if he was willing to give me a hand. Ernie went well above the call of duty to make sure my family and I left in a safe vehicle. And ill be forever grateful. For ernies diligence as well as being a good father. As the time ticked away gentleman was standing at the counter with me patiently waiting to speak to Ernie. And was helping to keep my 9-month-old baby girl entertained while we tried make the repair. The two had few words and the gentleman left. Only to return a short while later and walk to the back room to talk to Ernie and as he walks back out he pats me on the shoulder and says."don't worry ernies gonna get you taken care of" and walks out the door. Ernie reappears with the proper line and a temporary plug which i could not afford and before I could say a word he proceeds to tell me that gentleman was his son and the parts were paid for. The lord works in mysterious ways and I truly believe that was a God at work. I cannot Thank you two enough for your kindness and willingness to help me out!”
