“Excellent help in diagnosing my car. I gave them the code from O'Reilly today and he helped me have an idea of what could be wrong right over the phone. He was so kind and helpful and honest. Ford didn't give me any info and acted stuck up over the phone and wanted to charge a outrageous amount to have it looked at. I will be taking it in next week to get it looked at roadrunner . Very affordable and helpful. I highly recommend. Other car shops I felt try to take advantage. Roadrunner also did a excellent job fixing my heat last fall. Thank you roadrunner. 💕”

“Tiffany and Darrick were great. They explained things to me so that I would understand, the billing statement was easy to read. They worked well with my insurance company. I was able to schedule the repairs to work for both of us and they completed the repairs a day and a half ahead of schedule. The repairs were a little over what was initially anticipated (stupid raccoons) but Tiffany had already contacted my insurance company for the supplemental charges. My car looks great and I am really happy with the customer service and work that was done.”
