“When I was a teenager, my Aunt and Uncle took me in while my mom, a single mom, was in the hospital. My mom was really sick and we didn’t know if she was going to make it. I stayed with them at least a year or so until, thank god, my mom recovered. Now have a tradition that I always like to celebrate Mother’s Day with both my aunt and my mom! Unfortunately, this year (2022) I finally got the COVID and couldn’t make plans for dinner like we usually do. So I thought I’d get them flowers! 💐 I called Posy Floral for a same-day delivery for my aunt/bonus mom’s Mother’s Day gift. I believe the owner answered. She was very helpful. She confirmed she could deliver same-day and to the address I needed, and then she walked me through the steps of ordering (which I’ve never done over the phone, only online). The bouquet that Posy Floral created and dropped off for my auntie was so beautiful! I couldn’t be happier. Sadly, I wish I could say the same about the flowers that I ordered for my mom from another company (a 1-800 company), which paled in comparison. – Lesson learned, always shop local, especially for flowers!
