“When we walked in we weren’t sure if they were serving food or not. Staff didn’t say a lot. There seemed to be a little bit of a language barrier. We ended up ordering food and sat and ate. The food was good. After we ate, we looked around their store a little bit. They have a variety of Mexican candies among other things. Nice staff and great place to get a taste of another culture in a small town.”

It can sometimes be hard to find an employee if there isn't someone physically standing in the photo area. “Kolacky 4-23-2021 a wet, cloudy miserable day. But for the first time I was able to see and taste a kolacky. Yes, I said my first. That raspberry filling was mighty fine. The bun surrounding the filling, soft and flavorful. What a neat old bakery. My only regret, I live 70 miles away. Maybe if that old hotel opens again I could stay over for the night.”
