Functional Kids Clinic

Melanie is an incredible speech pathologist! We are very pleased with our son’s results. Melanie also communicates the strategies used to families so that they can help generalize these same skills outside of the clinic. I’d happily recommend this clinic and her to others!

I have had two children who have grown stronger with their time in Speech, OT, and PT for over 7 years at FunKids. This is THE spot in the Twin Cities to receive supports and clinical therapies for kids with developmental delays. The time we have invested there has been invaluable and the drive (shorter than you think) from Mpls to their office/gym has been worth every minute. We have also had access to wonderful different therapies through FunKids, like water therapy at their gorgeous sister location in Hudson. And the staff have risen to be more than just practitioners in our life - they are partners, mentors, guides, and friends. I am so grateful someone recommended that I go there so many years ago. We plan to continue our relationship into the future!

I took my daughter to the Functional Kids and we both had a wonderful experience with this clinic. The staff is kind and friendly and the facilities clean and inviting. My daughter connected really well with her therapist and looks forward to going back for her next appointment. I can't think of a better environment to help her develop and thrive.
