“Had to take my wife here and got very quick and compassionate care. Dr. Huber was really kind and took time to explain and give counsel to us. We did wait a while to get an ultrasound, but I would expect that late at night and the ultrasound tech Eddie was a really nice, cheerful guy. Plus we probably got moved into the lesser urgency category because the issue wasn't life threatening. Overall we were there for a while (~4 hours) but consistently we were getting check-ins from nurses and kind words, and that's not easy when you are working the night shift in the ED. Kudos to everyone there.”

“While on my way back from vacation in Duluth I blew a tire on the interstate near Stacy, MN. As it was closer to 5pm I knew my chances of finding a place open was going to hard to find. I found a shop open (Tires Plus) in Forest Lake that had my tire but couldn't put it on as they were too busy and had to wait the next day, even if I took it off and on the car. This obviously work as I had a 2 1/2 hr drive yet to get home and work the next morning. So I started to Google search to find any place still open and came across Century Avenue Services. Jon answered the phone with about 20 minutes before they closed. I told him what was all going on and he said to buy the tire there as he didn't have that size on hand and he would wait until I got there and install it for me. So I got the tire drove there on the spare which I'm not a fan of, and got it changed well after they were closed, which he obviously didn't need to do. He looked at the old tire to see what caused it to blow and said that the bearing was going out and to get it replaced once I got home. Not once was there any pressure that I had to make that repair right away. He checked over a few other things to make sure the rest of the trip was going to go okay and we were on our way home. I would highly recommend Jon and Century Avenue Services for any automotive needs as I felt like family there. Thanks again Jon!!!”

My Jeep is like my baby and after some lady hit it, they made sure to take good care of me and it and got it looking like brand new! I will use their services again and they will always be my first choice but hope to not have to. Haha. Special shout out to the ladies up front at the desk Gina and Andrea as well. Super friendly and when the kiddo spilled hot chocolate everywhere there were no complaints and just help cleaning it up. The experience with the whole staff was flawless!”

“Under new ownership! The Maplewood location is under new ownership and the store reflects these changes (positive thing because this store had so much potential!). It's more organized, cleaner, they have better curated clothes, they're more active on social media (!), the sales reps were approachable and kind, and the store isn't smelly anymore. I can imagine more growth from this location in the future. Oh, and found some great gems during my trip today!”

“Beaver Lake Child Development Center, starting early summer of 2016, is now under new management as Cori's Kidz and has an almost completely new staff. The transition was a bit rocky, but my boys--one of whom who's definitely a handful--both enjoy all the activities and have never said anything bad about the daycare (my older son does complain about his regular school). The prices are also one of the lowest in the area. No complaints!”
