Scheduled our estimate quickly even though there was a holiday. Manager was very helpful and thorough, and explained our various options. We opted not to do any repairs because the damage was slight, but there was no pressure against that decision. They even secured a loose piece of trim at no charge. We could tell they are very focused on customer satisfaction and future business. We would definitely go there again!

LaMettry’s was fantastic! I personally worked with Sean and Troy. They were incredibly helpful with navigating the car repair process. Although, my car was ultimately past the point of repair, the entire team remained very transparent and timely during each step in the process, so thank you. LaMettry’s was phenomenal! Between Matt Hess constantly keeping in touch with me about my vehicles progress and the work my tech Dusty did, I couldn’t be more pleased. My Jeep is like my baby and after some lady hit it, they made sure to take good care of me and it and got it looking like brand new! I will use their services again and they will always be my first choice but hope to not have to. Haha. Special shout out to the ladies up front at the desk Gina and Andrea as well. Super friendly and when the kiddo spilled hot chocolate everywhere there were no complaints and just help cleaning it up. The experience with the whole staff was flawless!
