Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! “While on my way back from vacation in Duluth I blew a tire on the interstate near Stacy, MN. As it was closer to 5pm I knew my chances of finding a place open was going to hard to find. I found a shop open (Tires Plus) in Forest Lake that had my tire but couldn't put it on as they were too busy and had to wait the next day, even if I took it off and on the car. This obviously work as I had a 2 1/2 hr drive yet to get home and work the next morning. So I started to Google search to find any place still open and came across Century Avenue Services. Jon answered the phone with about 20 minutes before they closed. I told him what was all going on and he said to buy the tire there as he didn't have that size on hand and he would wait until I got there and install it for me. So I got the tire drove there on the spare which I'm not a fan of, and got it changed well after they were closed, which he obviously didn't need to do. He looked at the old tire to see what caused it to blow and said that the bearing was going out and to get it replaced once I got home. Not once was there any pressure that I had to make that repair right away. He checked over a few other things to make sure the rest of the trip was going to go okay and we were on our way home. My Jeep is like my baby and after some lady hit it, they made sure to take good care of me and it and got it looking like brand new! Anytime I need anything done here, he is honest and tells me exactly what I need to be done, and never tries to upsell me on other things that are not necessary to be done on my car. They are normally able to get me in in a timely fashion, and I was very satisfied with the amount of time I had to wait to have my car fixed. Their customer service is amazing, their waiting room is comfortable, and they now even have a little smoke shop inside, so I was able to pick up my favorite cigarettes while I was waiting.
