“I am so very thankful for the service I received! My car was broken into and my front passenger window was completely smashed in and my windshield was cracked for good measure. There was glass inside EVERYWHERE. My insurance made the appointment for me on Monday when the incident happened. I dropped of my car Thursday at 7am for the appointment, and it was completed in less than two hours that same day! The glass looks wonderful and they even got all the itty bitty pieces that were in my fur seat covers. This was a very stressful situation for me that was made a breeze. I’m so very thankful! “A while ago I used this facility for a small repair and was extremely pleased. Today I had my vehicle in for a number of items which were due at 130,000 miles. They provided and estimate indicating the work that would be done. There was a discrepancy on the bill when I arrived to pick my vehicle up but it was resolved quickly and professionally. Tom, Jennie and Tony were customer-focused and communicated clearly. There is no reason for me to ever use anyone else. Very reasonably priced., as well.”

Bought two sets of tires online and picked them up in Roseville the same day. Rebates were available and the paperwork was simple and was provided at the time of pickup. Very freindly cashier and they offered to load the tires for me. They don't even charge you until you actually pick up the tires. Saved a ton. Had a local shop install them. This is the way to buy tires. The bathroom is nice and cleaner then most restaurants.”

Take it one step further the gentleman who answered my questions appointment arrival and during service also let me know when the tech found something out side the service that needed addressed and it gave me the ability to have them take care of it tho I may not agree with the amount of the cost of service I am pleased to know there are still helpful people in the world.
