She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. She encouraged me to try some things on that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered and I’m so glad I did! “Hearing the melodious tunes from the live grand piano makes me feel rich as I enter this store. Unfortunately, I'm not. I have one code here: only look at the clearance items. However, that has gotten me some pretty fantastic items at a decent price. This has allowed me to arrive to any fashionable event, clad in my fresh looking new button up. And, when people ask me where I get my clothes, I get to take the pipe out of my mouth and say, "I got it from... (dramatic pause) Von Maur." Overall: a great store with very helpful and kind employees, but only go here when you have some extra stimulus check money that you need to blow through.”

Mitch, the golf guy, was courteous, professional, and helpful in making sure I got the best possible deal, and gave me a reasonable expectation of the time it would take--which he eventually surpassed. Mike, the cashier, was awesome, and caught a mistake we made during the checkout process and tracked me down in the store to let me know he rectified it. When I came in close to closing time, the staff made it easy, and I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Additionally, everyone's steadfastness to social distancing in the time of COVID was appreciated.”
