(May 11, 2022, 2:36 pm)When viet pho just too tame and you need super spicy pho, Unison hands down the best w/their chili oil. Loads of meat cuts, flavorful broth, all essential condiments provided on table. Papaya good (as I asked to go easy on tamarind, otherwise usually meh) but shreds too limp. Unison, skip the peeler. Do hand shredding to up your game.
