“I'm a first time mom and I'm defiantly THAT helicopter mom. Leaving my baby girl with people I don't know was so terrifying and I was so nervous. This New Horizon, in short, has been nothing but absolutely amazing, reassuring, compassionate and understanding. To name a few of the teachers (Gina, Michelle, Ann, Jackie, Daesha and so many more) make me feel so confident and comfortable with my baby staying there while I'm at work. I get anywhere from 2 - 5 photos of her PER DAY and every single photo my daughter has the biggest smile on her face, you can just tell she loves her teachers so much. My favorite ones are when Michelle or Gina are reading to her or talking to her, it makes me feel so much better she's not missing out on any snuggles while I'm away. You're able to message the teachers throughout the day on an app which makes communication easy. I feel bad sometimes because I'll check in often or ask my many first-time-mom questions. They always get back to me quick and are always patient with me. All in all, I'm very happy with my choice to send my daughter here. No doubt in my mind, I know she's getting some of the best care with the teachers they have. I can't say enough good things about this staff. THANK YOU!”
